Cookies allow websites and applications to store your preferences to present contents, options, or functions specific to you. Like most interactive websites, our website uses cookies to track your activity during a session. Our website uses only encrypted session cookies, which are erased after a predefined timeout period or when you log out and close your browser. We store and process your personal information on our computers in Nigeria. Where we need to transfer your data to another country, such country must have an adequate data protection law. We will seek your consent where necessary. These safeguards include firewalls, data encryption, physical access controls, and information access authorization.

During your interaction with our website or premises, we may provide other Ministries, Departments, Agencies (MDAs), organs of government, or private sector operators performing government functions with your information—such as name and contact details—when necessary to perform our statutory mandate.
We work with third parties, especially government agencies, to perform FMYD services and implement our mandate. In doing so, third parties may share your information with us, such as your email or phone number.
You accept that your pictures and testimonials on social media platforms about FMYD can be used for limited promotional purposes. This does not include your trademarks or copyrighted materials.

Users are advised to read the privacy statements of external sites before disclosing personal data. FMYD will not be liable for any damages arising from your disclosure of personal data to third parties.
