CONFERENCE SCHEDULE
A National Journey in Four Transformative Stages
The National Youth Conference 2026 opens with a powerful message: Nigeria’s future must be a collective endeavour, shaped by the voices and aspirations of all her youth, both at home and abroad. This journey unfolds in two key phases: Virtual consultation that will be zonal specific and National conference in Abuja, each designed to harness the collective strength of young Nigerians.
Across virtual and in-person sessions, participants deliberate on the Conference’s six thematic pillars and translate diverse perspectives into practical policy recommendations. The process aligns with the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, with a focus on youth inclusion, national unity and sustainable development.
STAGE 01
Virtual Consultation
Our journey begins with virtual sessions open to young Nigerians and diaspora voices both at home and abroad, where they engage in key discussions, generate policy recommendations, and help shape the agenda from the outset.
The virtual event is scheduled to hold from 5th to 21st October 2026.
STAGE 02
360 Federal Constituency Townhall Meetings
STAGE 03
Six Zonal Townhalls
STAGE 02
The National Conference in Abuja
The journey culminates in Abuja with a week-long national conference, where youth delegates, policymakers, and leaders engage in panels, policy labs, and innovation showcases before an outcome document is submitted to the President.
The physical phaseof the event is scheduled to be held from 26th to 30th October 2026.
